Viewing events on multiple calendars by filtering with Zendesk views

The calendar app allows you to create as many calendars as you need. But what if you want to see the events on multiple calendars at the same time? 

You can do this using Zendesk views.

To see all calendar events on tickets contained within a specific Zendesk view click the top bar calendar location and scroll to the bottom of the calendar drop-down menu like this: 


Here you'll see a list of all of your existing Zendesk views with the addition of "All tickets" which will always be listed at the top. You can click on any of the views to see the events that are assigned to tickets that are contained within them.

So, for example, if you want to see all the events that exist on tickets that are assigned to you simply select the "Your unsolved tickets" view like this:


As you can see, it's now displaying all events on all your assigned tickets and presents events on different calendars based on the calendar colours.

If you'd like to slice the events across your calendars in a way that doesn't yet exist as a Zendesk view, you can create one. For example, if you wanted to see all the events currently submitted by a specific organisation create the view like this:


Then select the view from the dropdown menu in the calendar app like this:
