Ability to define who will receive a popup notification

Currently, when a deadline hits, the popup notification that shows at the top right-hand side of the screen will only be shown to the assignee of the ticket. 

However, some workflows may require all agents to see the popup notification or perhaps all agents within an assigned group. 

It'd be great if you were able to specify this in the settings.
