Ability to add a reason for the deadline taking place

Sometimes you may have an agent set a deadline on a ticket. Then that ticket is given to another team / agent, and when the deadline goes off the new assignee doesn't know what it's for.

While it's possible to create a Zendesk text field and use a place-holder to have that passed into the notification that gets sent out, it would make it even easier for the agents to know what to do if the "Reason" field was in-app.
